Adrian Dahey is now 2 months old and is up to 12 lbs 9 oz and it 22 1/4 inches long. He's growing well just not as fast as his brother did,which is nice. I'm loving life as the mommy of two little boys and I thank GOD everyday for blessing me with such beautiful boys. Adrian smiles all the time now and the other night he laughed. Daddy was rocking him to sleep around midnight (his sleep pattern is completely off now that we moved) and he just started laughing! It was so cute! Here are a few pictures of our sweet baby...

Seems like we just welcomed our youngest,Adrian Dahey,into the family yesturday but in reality he is already 6 weeks old! Time is just flying by it seems. He's mommy's cuddle bug and daddy calls him his wiggle bug, so Adrian's nickname has officially become BUG. :) Here are some pictures of his first 6 weeks....

Friday October 2,2009 @ 5:30 am I checked into the Hospital. I had seen my OB the day before and she wanted me to get 2 doses of antibiotics before she broke my water to prepare me for inducement. I had been having contractions steady at every10-15 min. apart and had dialated to 5cm on my own but since I was GPS positive this pregnancy, I need atibiotics. I was put in my room,BR3 around 6am. Around Noon I was checked and was already 8cm, on my own!! So when the Dr. came to break my water she ordered my epidural. It took him about 30 minutes to get me all set once he got there. Well the nurse checked me at around 1 PM and I was complete!
All we were waiting for at that point was the doc and me to feel pressure.
After only 4 pushes @ 1:34 pm ,Adrian Dahey was born!! He weighed in at 6 lbs 13 oz and was 19 inches long. I was shocked at how much smaller he was then his big brother,George. I knew he was smaller, I felt it all throughout my pregnancy but didn't expect that much smaller,lol...

Another week has come & Gone. After our hospital trip last Thursday ( the 17th of sept. ) we
were told that we would not make it through another week without dilivering...well I'm still pregnant. LOL...I think Adrian is telling all of us "Hey I choose when I'm coming out "...and choosing he is. Tomorrow is the 4 year anniversary of my Daddy's death, I had jokingly said on several occassions " watch we will have Adrian on that day "...Truth is I would prefer that, It hurts to face the day knowing what it is, but I honestly believe adding something positive to the day with give me joy. I miss Daddy so much, Lord knows I wish he were here....I only have one picture of Dad & of Mom, and I hope to be able to share it with Adrian & George when they get older and tell them all the great things I remember about their grandpa. George Ellis was named after him. Adrian Dahey will be named after his Great Uncle Adriano aka RIP and his Daddy. Daddy's middle name is David and Dahey is the Irish form of David :) ...Til next entry....
